AN ACT relating to health care; amending the child health insurance program as specified; amending definitions; specifying the benefits offered by the program; specifying allowable cost containment actions; amending obsolete language; repealing provisions related to enrollment and priority for the receipt of program benefits; repealing provisions related to the qualification of parents and guardians for program benefits; and providing for an effective date.
