Joint Conference Committee Appointments & Meeting Schedules
As required by Wyoming Legislature Joint Rule 2-2 on Conference Committee Procedures and Meeting Notices, notice of joint conference committee meeting dates, times and locations must be announced on the floor of the House and Senate no later than adjournment on the day the meeting is to be held. The following process will be used on the Wyoming Legislature’s Website:
1. The meeting time and location for joint conference committee meetings will be posted below, time permitting, given the time constraints associated with conference committee meetings. The list below may not include all scheduled joint conference committee meetings.
2. All meeting times and locations are tentative and subject to last-minute change, which may not be reflected below.
3. The initial meeting of a conference committee may be continued at a later time and location, which will be announced at the conference committee and will not be included below.
To ensure notification of joint conference committee meetings, please listen to the House and Senate floor proceeding for announcements of joint conference committee meetings or contact the Wyoming House of Representatives or Senate to obtain the most up-to-date meeting information.
Please see Joint Rule 2-2 for more information about the meeting notice requirements for joint conference committees.
