AN ACT relating to governmental claims; extending the Wyoming Governmental Claims Act to governmental entities in other states that operate cooperative public transportation programs in Wyoming under specified conditions; expandin g intergovernmental cooperation laws to include agreements concerning governmental immunity or limitations of liability for cooperative public transportation programs; and providing for an effective date.
