AN ACT relating to motor vehicles; establishing requirements for transportation network companies, including driver requirements and disclosure requirements; providing exclusions for transportation network companies and drivers; specifying insurance requirements for transportation network companies and transportation network company drivers; authorizing related insurance policy exclusions; superseding local government regulations which conflict with this act; conforming provisions; providing rulemaking authority; and providing for an effective date.
