NATURE OF RULES:                     Legislative, procedural

STATUTORY AUTHORITY:         W.S. 33‑39‑105

DETERMINATION OF PROCEDURAL COMPLIANCE BASED UPON INFORMATION SUBMITTED BY THE AGENCY TO LSO:  Apparently complete to date.

SUMMARY OF RULES:  The rules are amended to update the version of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice as adopted in the rules from the 2008-2009 version to the 2010-2011 version.  The rules are also amended to change the phone number information for the Appraisal Foundation.

FINDINGS:  The rules appear to be within the scope of statutory authority and legislative intent.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:  That the rules be placed on the Consent List and be approved by the Council as submitted by the Agency.
