AGENCY: Board of Hearing Aid Specialists.

SUBJECT: Chapter 6, Fees.

NATURE OF RULES:                        Legislative

STATUTORY AUTHORITY: W.S. 33-35-113, 33-35-118(a)(viii) and 33-1-201.

DETERMINATION OF PROCEDURAL COMPLIANCE BASED UPON INFORMATION SUBMITTED BY THE AGENCY TO LSO:  Apparently complete to date.

SUMMARY OF RULES: These rules are being amended to increase the fees charged by the Board of Hearing Aid Specialists to address the increased annual cost of operation of the Board, in accordance with W.S. 33-1-201.

FINDINGS:  The rules appear to be within the scope of legislative intent and statutory authority.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION: That the rules be placed on the Consent List and approved by the Council as submitted.
