Subject of          Chapter 8, The Wyoming Primary Care Support Temporary Rules:              Grant Program

Summary of Rules:   The 2011 Legislature enacted a program to provide grants for facilitating capital construction and start up costs of community health centers and rural health clinics to serve low-income communities (Laws 2011, Ch. 135).

These emergency rules implement the program by:

· Providing definitions;

· Specifying grant eligibility criteria, and application and selection procedures;

· Specifying department and grantee responsibilities;

· Identifying penalties for breach of grant terms and repayment requirements.
