Joint Agriculture, State and Public Lands, and Water Resources Interim Committee

 

 

Senator Gerald Geis and Representative Mark Semlek, Co-chairmen of the Joint Agriculture, State and Public Lands and Water Resources Interim Committee, have announced the Committee will meet:

 

September 21 and 22, 2009

8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Hulett School Gym

429 Sager Street

Hulett, WY

 

Agenda

 

 

The purpose of this meeting is to continue discussion of interim topics, including  animal disease, response and care, pet animal care, water management, invasive plants, rangeland monitoring and archaic laws.  The Committee will hear from state agencies, including State Forestry, Office of State Lands, Livestock Board, Department of Agriculture, the State Engineer and the Water Development Office.  The Committee will receive reports and consider proposed legislation.

 

A tentative agenda will be sent at a later date.
