Joint Transportation, Highways and Military Affairs Interim Committee

 

 

Senator Michael Von Flatern and Representative Roy Cohee, Co-chairmen of the Joint Transportation, Highways and Military Affairs Committee, have announced the Committee will meet:

 

August 10 and 11, 2009

The purpose of the meeting is to consider military department issues including active duty pay, land purchases and the relocation of armories.  The Committee also will consider issues from the Department of Transportation, including abandoned vehicle statutes, recreational vehicle fees and follow-up testimony from the June meeting.  Finally, the Committee will hear testimony and consider issues related to county roads.  The Legislative Service Office will distribute an agenda for this meeting at a later date and the agenda will be available on the legislative Web site at: http://legisweb.state.wy.us/.
