Select Committee on Local Government Financing

 

 

Representative Roy Cohee and Senator John Schiffer, past chairman and vice-chairman of the Select Committee on Local Government Financing, have announced the Committee will meet:

 

September 30, 2009

Cheyenne, Wyoming

 

Agenda

 

The purpose of the meeting is to undertake activities to fulfill the Committee's duty to investigate, develop and recommend a workable statutory formula for the distribution of revenues to counties and a workable statutory formula for the distribution of revenues to cities. The Committee is required to submit its recommendations to the Governor and the joint appropriations committee prior to November 1, 2009.  The Legislative Service Office will distribute an agenda for this meeting at a later date and the agenda will be available on the legislative Web site at: http://legisweb.state.wy.us/.
