Senator Tony Ross and Representative Keith Gingery, Cochairmen of the Joint Judiciary Interim Committee, have announced the Committee will meet:

 

September 23 & 24, 2010

Agenda

 

The purpose of the meeting is to receive reports relating to sex offender registration and management, juvenile detention, motor vehicle insurance policy cancellations and payments to exonerated persons, and to consider draft legislation with respect to probation and parole, wind energy, juvenile justice, district court commissioners and obsolete provisions. The meeting will include a tour of the new medium security prison  A tentative agenda for the meeting is included with this meeting notice.
