Student enrollment projection methodology.
Review the methodology assembled by the School Facilities
Commission and the School Facilities Department in developing student
enrollment projections for school facility projects under W.S.
21-15-123(f)(ii), as modified and adjusted pursuant to SEA 9 being original
2012 SF0105, Section 5(h).
Priority #: 2
School facility capacity needs evaluation, including functional
capacity.
Review reports by the School Facilities Department in its
development of a capacity evaluation methodology for the prioritization of
school facilities needs, in compliance with W.S.
21-15-117(e), as enacted by 2011 Wyoming Session Laws, Chapter 71, Section
1. This review shall include a review of
the methodology for determining functional capacity (85% at the secondary
level, 95% at the primary level, etc.)
In addition, the Select Committee shall review the Department's
evaluation of facility capacity issues self-reported by school districts.

Adequacy standards.
Receive reports from the School Facilities Commission
regarding adequacy standards established for maintaining school buildings and
facilities at levels adequate for delivery of educational programs prescribed by
law for public schools. Pursuant to W.S.
21-15-115(c), the Commission is required to review and evaluate standards every
four years and to report this review and evaluation to the Select Committee.

School building condition needs assessment update.
Receive periodic updates from the School Facilities
Department on the recalibration of the building condition needs assessment
instrument undertaken by the Department, fully implementing modifications
enacted by 2011 Wyoming Session Laws, Chapter 71, under amendments to W.S.
21-15-117(a).
Priority #: 5
School Facilities Commission rules and regulations.
Receive updates, reports and summaries of School Facilities
Commission rules and regulations, as currently being revised and promulgated by
the Commission. The update reports shall
include summaries of existing as well as proposed rules, and shall provide
Select Committee members with an understanding of agency processes.

management audit implementation.
Receive implementation reports from the School Facilities
Department with respect to action taken on the independent audit of agency
management processes and functions included in facilities prioritization and
remediation, as initially required by 2009 Wyoming Session Laws, Chapter 207,
Section 2.

Implementation of 2012 SF0105, 2013 supplemental budget request.
Monitor implementation of projects forwarded and funded
under 2012 SEA 9, being original SF0105, and following receipt of agency 2013
supplemental budget requests, submit recommendations to Governor and JAC
pursuant to W.S. 21-15-119(a) and 28-11-301(d).
