1) Application of Camp Guernsey grazing fees;

2) Youth Challenge Program-enrollment;

3) General budgetary issues for the National Guard including federal funding projections and armory     funding;

4) Expansion of the Starbase program;

5) Veteran's benefit qualifications: property automobile tax exemptions and waiting period/residency requirements for disabled veteran's license plates. [Modified by Management Council]

1) Vehicle right of way when merging onto interstate highways;

2) Driver's licenses: CDL requirements / general weight restrictions - agriculture;

3) REAL ID opt out options, including time periods for driver's license renewals;

4) Diversion of road funds to other uses;

5) Federal funding applied to highways;

6) WyDOT budget explanation;

7) Car dealer qualifications including units sold requirements.

Receive a report from the Aeronautic Division on the findings it disclosed in its study of state aircraft costs, as required by the 2014 budget bill, Agency 48, Department of Transportation, footnote 4.
