Priority #: 1 Livestock rustling

The Committee will consider issues related to livestock rustling including enforcement of the laws and seizure of private property.

Priority #: 2 Reservoirs

The Committee will consider issues related to reservoirs including the Governor's 10 and 10 recommendation (ten reservoirs in ten years)and local funding issues.

Priority #: 3 Conservation district mill levies

The Committee will consider issues related to the imposition of mill levies in conservation districts including creating alternative assessments that consider land owners and the funding of water projects.

Priority #: 4 Pesticide training and safety

This topic will include issues related to pesticide training and safety including funding for those programs, other funding needs for the College of Agriculture at the University of Wyoming and issues related to control of invasive species.

Priority #: 5 Federal lands study

The Committee will consider issues related to the management and administration of public land as provided in 2015 Senate File 56-Study on management of public lands.

Priority #: 6 Livestock board

The Committee will review the duties of the director of the livestock board and the duties of the state veterinarian.

Priority #: 7  Wyoming State Fair

The Committee will study Wyoming State Fair planning, costs and fees.

Priority #: 8  GMO Organisms and Products

The Committee will study GMO organisms and products, including their regulation and related issues.
