The Wyoming Statutes are made available for non-commercial public use in two formats:
Text Only or Text with Annotations. The statutes are copyrighted by the State of
Wyoming. Pursuant to contract, Matthew Bender & Company, Inc., a member of the
LexisNexis Group (LexisNexis) has been granted the exclusive right to publish, distribute
and sell the Wyoming Statutes Annotated in all forms and media during the term of
the Publication Contract. The Wyoming Statutes available on this site and on CD
are updated with changes from the 2011 General Session.
Please Note: Changes resulting from legislation enacted in the 2012 Budget Session
will be incorporated into the Wyoming Statutes after July 1, 2012. In the meantime,
changes from the 2012 Session may be found by selecting "Session Archives" at the
Homepage and reviewing bill information under the "2012 Budget Session" tab.

Statutes are available as a complete set of 43 titles plus the Constitution. They
are provided on CD in Microsoft Word format. Any Wyoming state or local government
entity can obtain a CD at NO CHARGE. The fee for all other requestors is $10.00
