them from other counties. Few problems

offered. Davis bought the ranch and now
he is offering to sell to the state. We
are going through the process, but we need to buy it by May 31st. We need to put a budget footnote in order
to get enough money to buy both properties.
Don't have enough in fund left.
Timing is such that we have both, but we won't plan to come back every
year and ask for more money. Would be
happy to answer any questions.
