Sommers: Mineral leases slowed down due to Sage Grouse executive order? How many leases affected?
Hill: page 26 notes.  Burns questions. Hill: Royalties’ 86% revenue goes to permanent school land fund; revenue from $173M went into the permanent funds – FY 2016. Mineral industry dependent upon for revenue.  Discussion ensued.

Driskoll: Follow up questions. Federal match for timber: weed and pest dollars cut – how are weeds and pests handled now? $300K allocated, used for special vacancy lands first.
