Administrative Rule Reviews Current Year Prior Years
The Legislative Service Office reviews rules adopted by state administrative agencies. The rule reviews are conducted for the Management Council of the Legislature and are provided to the Council, the Governor's Office and the agency adopting the rules. The review is the opinion of the Legislative Service Office as to whether the rules are within statutory authority, comply with legislative intent and were adopted in substantial compliance with procedural requirements. A more complete explanation of the rulemaking process is provided in the next link.
