LSO calculated the average monthly fee revenues for each location for the months of October through April, which is considered the off-season. LSO also calculated the average monthly fee revenues for
each location for the peak months of May through September. This information demonstrates the seasonal nature of the fee collection program, and the differences in the volume of fees collected at the various locations.
