AN ACT relating to the state building commission; requiring the state auditor to make a

determination and transfer funds as specified; authorizing the state building commission to provide

funding for deferred maintenance needs of state agencies, the University of Wyoming and community

colleges as specified; requiring rulemaking; and providing for an effective date.
