Senator Phil Nicholas and Representative Frank Philp, Co-chairmen of the Joint Appropriations Committee, have announced the Committee will meet:

By Video Conference
The purpose of the video conference is to make recommendations on the external cost adjustment (ECA) for K-12 funding. A list of the locations for the video conference is attached. Please note: This tentative list of video sites is subject to change. Members of the public are welcome at any of the sites actually used for the video conference, however, the official site for public attendance will be the video site at the Cheyenne location.
The Legislative Service Office will distribute an agenda for this meeting at a later date and the agenda will be available on the legislative Web site at: http://legisweb.state.wy.us
